Our Press Release Process

Our press release process is simple…just like this Web site. Simple, straight-forward, fast. Here’s how it works:

  1. Tell us what your desired reach is - We have 25,000+ media contacts throughout the U.S. We can launch a massive campaign for you or send your press release to a specific targeted area around your city or state. The amount of recipients desired is up to you.
  2. Provide a budget number to work with - We can match our press release pricing to meet your budget and get as close as possible to your desired reach with that budget in mind.
  3. Create the press release - We can provide a MS Word template for you to use to make press release creation a breeze. Send a draft copy our way for critique, or just have us write the entire release for you after a short interview with one of our writers.
  4. Approve the press release before 4pm (Mountain Time) - After you’ve approved the content and we’ve given it our two thumbs up, we’re ready to crank up the distribution machine. If approval happens before 4pm on one day, we can get it into the mix on the next morning between 4-6am; the perfect time to send out fresh press releases.
  5. We will produce a report showing the total amount of recipients to successfully received your press release. We will not give away the actual phone numbers or email addresses, of course, but we will provide totals for you.
